To generate your reading, Forecast27 collects:
During payment, Stripe collects the information needed to process your transaction (card details, email, billing address if required). Stripe is a certified PCI-DSS payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Your name, birthdate, and focus area are used only to generate your personalized reading. We do not use them to profile you, advertise to you, or share them with third parties.
Transaction records (as required for accounting and tax purposes) are retained by Stripe and in our own records. We do not keep a separate database of your name, birthdate, or focus area beyond what Stripe retains as transaction metadata.
Forecast27 uses no advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We may use basic analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits in a privacy-respecting, cookieless way.
You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. For transaction records retained by Stripe, you may need to contact Stripe directly.
Forecast27 is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
